TH&N has more personality in one track than this has as an album.

Remember the days when these guys could actually put out an album and the songs didnt bleed together to make one giant flavorless salad of chuggy riffs? Good times.

I just went through LF//LT and AOGHAU again. That only confirmed my opinion that this is a step back.

I'd say this is on par with Daybreaker, maybe a little better, but below LF//LT and AOGHAU which are my two favorite albums from the band.

Oh FUCK yes Tundra, that song slaps so hard. Memento Mori is also some of the most heartbreaking shit I've heard from the band.

Does anybody have any idea what is on the cover art? I can't really figure it out. It'd be really weird, considering the subject matter and circumstances surrounding the album to imagine that it's just random art that they thought was cool. So I'm sure it means something or is relevant somehow to the theme of the album.

The album art was made by Dan Hillier.

Perusing his instagram he doesn't really spell out exactly what it's supposed to be but it seems like a combination of an enso painting, mandala, and lotus.

He made a very similar work called Seven Hundred Million which is the approximate number of breaths we take during our lives. So TLDR I'd say the album art is supposed to depict life and death.

"despite the fact that the PC is superior in every way."

Because some people aren't worried about pointless shit and take video games as nothing more than a fun past time. This PC high horse thing is old and you're literally trying to say you have the biggest dick among dicks that aren't small or lay weak pipe. Get it into your head that investing in a PC isn't brilliant because some people know their priorities are better placed elsewhere in life.

In his defense, a PC has more functions than just gaming, and some people can get major production work done using one which would leas to a successful career.

But I don't like the fact that he portrays console gamers as weaklings. I own both, I play both, it's whatever.

Never mind that its probably not the point of his idiotic ramblings.

Yeah all he alluded to was gaming so I took it to him using the perspective he portrayed.
