It was Satyr's wife/girlfriend at the time. I feel a little pedo everytime i see the video though because she looks like she's 13 or something.
Definitely best Satyricon album to date. Wtf happened to them, we'll never know.

The "cheese" factor could extend to just about anything in the metal genre - power metal, death metal, heavy metal, hair metal, goth metal... they all are pretty cheesy if you read too much into it - it's a pointless debate because those of use that love the genre have accepted it in all of its ridiculousness. I mean, it just aint practical to wear full armor and face paint on stage, but that shouldn't stop anyone.

BM vocals are not cheesy, its a part of the aesthetic. Some are pretty sub-par, but some show true talent. Hoest of Taake is a prime example.
But this album is really good, their later material is probably some of the worst music ever though, and that's not really an overstatement.

Kick ass Black Metal album. Hence, the production is good. The riffs are insane and the drumming like hell. I love this album already even at first hearing! I love the voice of Satyr even if maybe considered over the top.
