The album keeps growing on me. The One and Quit Tryin' are the weak points for me. I wish The Stranger was 'bigger', for lack of a better word.

Tidal wave isn't like amazing but at least it's got some heart at points. This album is just so flat, it really feels like they don't know how they want to sound. I think that's the reason this took so long to come out too.

jamming again and i still think its okay but its almost jarring seeing these guys flounder when everyone else is putting out really strong stuff, as when i got into this type of music they were like one of the only bands that was making stuff i really liked lol. so it goes

First album with no Eddie input, which seemingly played a bigger role than I'd have expected. I couldn't see them doing this "pop" route if he was still involved.

New again sucks. Looking back tayf and louder are their only good albums, they could have easily pivoted to a good sound from louder now but NA wasn't exactly then focusing on that. Sink Into Me is their worst 2000s single too

Carpathia and Everything Must Go are awesome tracks. I like all of New Again though. Very underappreciated and far superior to everything that came after.
