It's an OK remix record, but it would've been much better if Matthew Herbert, Current Value & Alva Noto had featured more heavily. The Omar Souleyman reworkings just don't make any sense, The Slips's and 16bit's remixes ignore the interesting rhythm work that made the originals so great. Death Grips can easily pass, but sometimes sound a tad clumsily executed, also rhythm-wise.

This album has a good number of really good remixes, but not all are worth replaying often. But you could incorporate some into a playlist if you're relaxing. Also there are so many remixes that didn't make the cut for the album but have been released and are pretty phenomenal, if they were on the album it most likely would have gotten a 5 out of 5. Current Value could have made an entire album with the amount of remixes they have released. Favorite tracks: Virus (Hudson Mohawke Peaches and Guacamol Remix), Hollow (16-bit Remix), Mutual Core (Matthew Herbert's Teutonic Plates Mix), Dark Matter (Alva Noto Remodel), Solstice (Current Value Remix), Moon (TheSlips Remix), Crystalline (Matthew Herbert Remix).
