Mike Morasky continues to make excellent soundtracks for the video games of Valve. This one
is quite unique and has many elements to it. It is a very electronic, techno, and ambient
oriented soundtrack with some occasional pure orchestra elements to it. The only criticism
is with the ambient parts of the soundtrack, they sometimes go on for a little to long and
start to sound more like typical background music for the game, the rest of the soundtrack
is amazing to listen to in or out of the game by itself. Lastly, this soundtrack has the
classic song on it "Still Alive," which is probably one the best songs in the history of
video game soundtracks.
