Petra has always shown remarkable talent to create good rock n roll music while sticking to Christian themes. This album is a little unusual in that it combines two styles of Christian music that at the time was a little more uncommon to be blended. It is an excellent collection of mostly traditional Christian praise songs put to modern (what was modern for 1989) rock music. This album rates an excellent within its own small sub-genre and actually achieved gold status back in 1998. That would make this album the second best commercial success for Petra. This album rates a lot less if you are neither into late 80s Christian rock nor classic praise music.
