4.0 excellent | Fernando Alves STAFF | July 19th 14 | Keeping the sound signature of its predecessor, "Misanthropic Carnage" takes no prisoners, and marks the end of the straightforward brutal death metal era for the band.

4.0 excellent | Jurtz | April 17th 24 | This album is a massive jam and the bass guitar is just audible enough (perfect imho).

4.5 superb | RoxSta | November 28th 21 | 4.8 - Classic Brutal DeathGrind - this is how it should be done. Catchy melodious riffs and tasteful vocals backed by a constant brutal rhythm machine in the background. Production is great too

4.0 excellent | combustion07 | April 28th 21 | Severe Torture's first two albums are killer death
metal releases. Plenty of solid riffs to be found
here and a good pace going throughout. Fairly slept
on band that is straight forward but in the most
satisfying way. Plenty of Cannibal Corpse influence
to be found in the riffing. The band wears their
inspirations on their sleeve but still manage to
stand out in the process.
