I can't begin to describe my disappointment with this album. It was one of my top anticipated and it failed in
nearly every regard... Singer sounds like he's constantly flat/bored, the instrumentation is lackluster, the
songwriting is pathetic. There is more ambience/noise sections than there needs to be (one 11 minute song is
about 9 minutes ambience/noise... why?) and this album seems more concerned with being titled prog rock than
actual well-written music... Guess we'll have to wait another 3 years for them to maybe release something worth
our time.

Reminds me of the new Pianos Become the Teeth in that it lacks any indication of the interesting, unique spark of energy that its predecessor had.
