For the most part it's just standard action movie soundtrack fare (read: basically a mainstream music mixtape) but there are a few above-average tracks. The System of a Down, P.O.D., and Rob Zombie cuts are particularly good, but of course you also get some radio rock shit like Nickelback, 12 Stones, and Hoobastank that just bog the whole thing down. Overall it's a decent CD that's worth a buck or two at your local flea market or a bargain bin someplace - but beyond that, it's pretty much a definite pass.
