a little too obsessed with snow but first snow 3.5 p epic intro; calm 4 despite the breakdowns; dawn 3.5 does a kind of 1000 eyes riff; trail 2.5 some rly awkward riffs and gets dangerously close to mccore; inverno (2) pretty pointless instru; snowstorm 3.5 some awkward riffs; cold 3.5 also some awk riffs but chorus more than makes up for it, easily best clean track theyve ever done; grave 3 some good riffs but lacks overall; solitude 2 this sucks; title 2 also sucks save the solo

I've heard of this band many times, and liked their previous album "IV: The Requiem For The Art Of Death," but never really got into them the way I feel like I should have. After listening to "Wintermetal," I realized that I need to get more into this band because these guys can deliver some incredible tunes! This is great melodic death metal that should be given more attention, from myself and others. 9/10
