4.0 excellent | Britch2tiger | January 1st 17 | Compared to Insolence's other albums, I cannot help but hear how this record appeals as more grandiose by comparison but doesn't sound "that" pretentious. It goes for that instrumental build-up by the first track, a refreshing incorporation of samples, and even added some latent electronica. Maybe Insolence has been listening to some Skindred over the years to try and stay ahead w/in this unique style of music. The only real difference b/w this album and U_N_I_O_N Black [Skindred] is that this album features a stronger metal audibility while UB offers more of an electronica rock. As much as I favor metal overall compared to electronica, I cannot help acknowledging that this album still pales in comparison (by a slim margin).
