Review Summary: There is not a single song from this album I find to have any substance or listenability.
Considering how unenjoyable their first full length is, I thought the only way would be up but nope. This one is even worse (mainly because even if the first album wasn't good, the songs were shorter).
The songs drag on and on, not to mention the vocals are dog*** and the instrumentation is god awful. The guitar tone sounds ***ing abhorrent, why did they think it was a good idea? It sounded terrible the first time around, it won't sound any better the second time you dimwits.
They refused to innovate and that shows, because this album retains all of the bad aspects from their previous album. It's the same album, except the songs are even longer (which is not good). Kinda hard to innovate on a sound like the one they've got though since it's so boring, monotonous and bland.
Absolutely dreadful. Fright Makes Right at least had a few redeemable songs. This has nothing, there is not a single song from this album I find to have any substance or listenability. A complete waste of my time, the only good thing about it is the drumming but even that gets terrible at points. If you put that drummer in a band with people that actually had talent you'd have a pretty solid rhythm section... oh well.
Once again, like with their debut, the album cover is better than the album itself.
Don't bother listening to this. Complete garbage.
