This album is close to perfect in its own genre. Obvioulsy, it is very keyboard-oriented as all Royal Hunt songs are written by the founder-keyboard player. It is melodic, powerful, creative and simply interesting.rThis is one of those albums you might keep in your CD-player or laptop and listen to over and over again.rI also like Marcus Jidell the guitarist and wished Andre Andersen would give guitar more room in the music, both sound-wise and in the process of song writing. A must for fans of Rainbow, Malmsteen, but also Kamelot and Stratovarios. But even harder guys are highly likely to love it. My own favorite bands are Symphony X and Ark and I think this album is excellent.

The album is well written and played with virtuosity, but never at the music's expense. It's a concept album about the clashing of the Christian and Islamic religions.

4.0 excellentMr Fahrenheit | September 25th 08

This album is good. Mark Boals' vocal debut with the band is nothing short of spectacular. The preexisting members' performances are all great as well. Highly recommended for power metal fans as well as arena rock fans (Styx, Journey, etc.)
