There's a significant 'holding back' of the crunchy, distorted guitar bits, and the album is at its best when the whole band is actually kicking in and playing, as there is a lay period between tracks 2 and 5 that equals around 9 minutes of music where you're just waiting for the band to drop in with riffs, (and even track 2- Quantum Determinism takes its fair share of time before getting into it), but fortunately the final two tracks help to substantiate the urge just enough. It's definitely a laid back release and I have not heard their debut to compare it, but I do like the less aggressive, sorta leisurely approach to 'we'll jam it out when we get to it.' It's good instrumental background music at the least, and appear to be just a small band from Mexcio City. Gonna give it a 4 because it's easy for it to get some quick rotations and is just enough in terms of substance, but I could see why others would rate it lower. I would like to hear more in the future.
