Honestly just a perfect little Halloween goodie bag that doubles as both a fun bunch of songs to listen to around the holiday, but also a perfect introduction to Aviators as it has a little bit of almost everything he's known for. From the synthey, 80s inspired Love Bites which harkens back to his previous synth-filled works like Howling At The Moon and Fantasy to the more fantasy-esque tracks of The Red Hood and Song Of The Abyss, both based around Dark Souls which act as callbacks to his older fantasy rock inspired tracks such as Fading Light and so much of his Let There Be Fire album. Masks all-in-all has just about a tiny bit of almost everything from Aviator's history all wrapped up in a bite sized package that's easy to enjoy around any Spooky Month.
