4.5 superb | Durrzo | October 13th 21 | Super underrated and overlooked band, there's some fantastic material here, as well as on their previous release. Their more melodic stuff is some of my favorite in deathcore.

4.5 superb | Melodeth | February 10th 22 | Not to be put off by the branding of this as deathcore. Its much more than that. Long time Dimmu Borgir fans would like this as I did. Crushingly heavy, epic and majestic.

4.5 superb | Viraemias | April 5th 23 | It's as good as melodic / symphonic deathcore gets. Actually I prefer this album "Labyrinthian" over their highest rated album on sputnik "Oddysey (Un)dead". I feel like this album is far more consistent in its vision and sound. Band and album are criminally underrated. Highly recommended to fans of: Shadow of Intent, Lorna Shore, Worm Shepherd, Dimmu Borgir, early Abigail Williams. Favorite track: Heir to None
