A perfect mixture of demented melodies and frantic beefy riffing all comes together here on their demos. I personally
prefer them to the full lengths as I feel like they?re a lot more consistent in quality and keep you more on toes. There?s a
lot more going to make you keep paying attention and the slight moments of some middling feelings aren?t here. That?s
not to say the full lengths aren?t awesome but the overall feel of these demos sound a lot more full to me especially on
stuff like ?Slow Asphyxiation? where the leads while a bit more sloppy tend to have more character to them. Along with
this the demo versions of stuff like ?Inborn Evil? and ?Sacrificial Rites? have more of a punch with the more bassy and
fuzzy guitar tone making everything sound more nasty and creepier, something more fitting for this band.rI?d
recommend to get this compilation in full if you want what I consider the best Necrophobic. The flawless blend of
ancient-like textured lead work with nasty Swedish Dismember/Carnage-esque pissed off demented riffing.
