This album could have been one of Cabaret Voltaire's greatest works: it had the full potential. The good points of the album are really really good: "No resistance", "Happy" and "What is Real" are some of the finest techno tracks of the nineties; but the useless "decay", the boring "Bad Chemistry" and "Vibration", and the disturbing "Western land" make this album much less solid. Such a shame.
