Sloppy (and low-quality) recordings of otherwise good songs. Half of this re-appears on the "Heavenly Bodies" EP and the other half re-appears on the "1990-1999" tour sampler, in both cases with better recordings. Strictly for completists.

While not the best, the demo certainly offers some depth into the band that My Heart to Joy at the Same Tone was at the time of its conception. Standout tracks are Dreams to Burn Out Like the Sun and Angry, Very Angry, showcasing a Hardcore Punk-esque side of the band.
