Body was a short lived Japanese visual kei rock band, active from 1992 until 1994. Presumably due to the fact that the group consisted of members of the immensely popular bands D’erlanger and Zi:Kill, Body had impressive success from the get-go, with their sole album, 1994’s “Flame”, reaching number 4 on the Oricon charts. Body even played a live show at the iconic live arena, Nippon Budokan, in May of 1994 as well. Despite their quickly found remarkable success, Body eventually ended up disbanding in July of 1994, just two months after their Budokan live, although two of the members of Body (the members from D’erlanger) went on to immediately afterwards form Craze, which had respectable popularity of its own during the mid and late 90s.
