Cephalic Carnage

You want grind? Meet Cepahlic Carnage. Formed in 1992 in Denver Colorado, by vocalist Lenzig, and guitarist Zac. In 1993 these two recorded their first demo called Scrape My Lungs. After releasing this demo, which was well received, it went quiet around Cephalic Carnage, and they had broken up. In 1996 Cephalic Carnage was reformed, by Lenzig and Zac, but this time they added new members to the band.
