Divinyls are an Australian rock band formed in 1980 in Sydney, with singer Chrissy Amphlet and guitarist/keyboardist Mark McEntee being the core ofthe group. They are best known for their song "I Touch Myself" which reached no. 1 on the Australian singles charts and #4 in the United States onBillboard Hot 100 in 1991.
