The Underneath were a short lived visual kei gothic/nu metal band from Japan. Formed in 2007 by the members of legendary
visual band, Transtic Nerve, the group ended up splitting in 2010, after only three years together. Most of the members of The
Underneath went on to form the respected visual band, Defspiral.
