Veil is a part of the record label family run by ASC (which also includes Auxiliary and Diode), intended for collabroartions between the Auxiliary artists. Like Auxiliary, Veil is pushing a sound that can be seen as an evolution of the so-called "Autonomic" drum and bass. The grooves seem to have slowed in pace and although the tempo still sits comfortably within the 170/85bpm range, it doesn’t feel as closely entwined with the roots of Autonomic and whatever came before that it was manifested from.
