Om is a stoner doom band formed by the rhythm section of the disbanded stoner metal giant Sleep, Al Cisneros onvocalsandbassand Emil
Amos(Chris Hakius until 2008) on drums. Their music is similar in structure to Tibetan and Byzantinechant andis rich inrhythm andmelody.
Theirmusic and lyrics lift off at the beginning and slowly mutate giving a feeling ofevolution insideeach song.
