A satirical punk band from Philadelphia. Infamous for goofy song content and numerous popular cultural references, they especially criticized public radio, government censorship, and right-wing politics. The band was mostly inactive for about 13 years until the original bassist Dave Schulthise, better known as Dave Blood, committed suicide on March 10, 2004. This led to a few tribute shows, whose popularity contributed in part to the band's reformation, joined by Dan Stevens on bass. The band released "The King in Yellow" digitally in March 2011, their first release in 17 years.
