A finnish melodic power/black/death metal band formed in 1999 by current drummer Jaakko Nyland and former member Asko Sartanen. Their fast paced style combining harsh vocals, rapid pounding drums, simple yet effective bass lines, keyboard solos and effects, with melodic solos and sweeps proves to be an experience like no other. After two demos and their 2004 debut album stained saw line up changes following each recording, their current line up consists of: Aleksi Sihvonen Vocals/Guitar Teemu Mäntysaari Guitar, (Wintersun) Aleksi Virta Keyboard Aki Hopeasaari Bass Jaakko Nylund Drums Although they only have one album to their name, Imperanon is a band not to be underestimated.
