Local H formed in 1987 and come out of Zion, Illinois, United States. The band started out with Scott Lucas on guitar and vocals, and
JoeDanielsonDrums. The band had trouble sticking with/finding a bass player so Scott Lucas decided to put bass pickups in his guitar. Joe
Danielsleft the bandin1999 so Scott recruited drummer Brian St. Clair. Since the beginning Local H has released 5 full length studio albums, one
livealbum, and 2EP's.Their record "As Good As Dead" was a big hit because it came out just when the Grunge scene was starting to die out.
Theband is still goingandrecently released a new album in 2012.
