Abscess were an a California based band that fused the odd combination of old-school Death Metal and Punk as well as elements of doom. They were essentially Autopsy with Clint Bower. When Bower left the band they split up and reformed Autopsy. They released a total of 6 full-length albums as well as a slew of splits, EP's, and demos.Members were Chris Reifert, Danny Coralles, Clint Bower, Joe Allen, and Frank "Freeway" Migliore.
