Akerstache was formed in 1971. Origins of the band lie in experimental psychedelic rock which was later dismissed altogether. In 1976 Akerstache redefined cock rock with their album Morningrise (Ready For Lovin'). The rest is history, baybuh.
Their latest outing Heritage (Of Love) sold billions of copies worldwide and won numerous prestigious cock rock awards.
