Alan Sorrenti (born in Naples on December 9th, 1950) is an Italian singer and composer. Known for his vocal performances, he began with a progressive sound with the album Aria, often considered his magnum opus. He later gradually took the distance from progressive music and moved into pop area. The song "Figli delle stelle" (from the 1977 homonymous album) is perhaps his most known song, and one you couldn't avoid back then.
