Cheer-Accident

Chicago's greatest band, Cheer Accident, is a constantly evolving musical mutant that is sort of an umbrella for a lot of different musicians to perform along with the core musicians. At times obtuse and experimental, at others the cultivators of prog-pop gems, Cheer Accident is an example of the possibilities of sound in a musical context. You might not like everything they do, but with a band this prolific (existing since the early 80s), there's probably something for everyone, and they play a ton of different instruments to boot. If you are any kind of a music nerd or aficionado, you'll appreciate their reckless abandon and musical precision.
