Errors are a 'Post-electro' quartet that formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 2004 by Simon Ward, Greg Paterson and Stephen Livingstone. They soon attracted the attention of post-rock band Mogwai who signed them to their Rock Action Records imprint. The band's first EP 'How Clean Is Your Acid House?' arrived in 2006 and ex-Dananananaykroyd drummer James Hamilton joined the group before the recording of 2008's debut album 'It's Not Something But It Is Like Whatever'. This record garnered widespread critical acclaim and saw the band win support slots with Mogwai, 65daysofstatic and Forward Russia amongst others. In 2010 they released a second, again critically acclaimed album, in 'Come Down With Me'.
The band's music is primarily electronic in nature but does have some rock influences.
