EVERYBODY LOVES IRENE were formed in 1998. It all started with a band named Gotoon, consisting Yudhi Arfani (guitar),
Dimas Anindityo (bass), and Mulyadi Triharsono (drum) when they were only in junior high school! But, when lead vocalist
Irene Johanna joined the forces, they decided to change the name into "Everybody Loves Irene" as a response to their
early fans who love Irene vocals.
