Haji's Kitchen is an American groove/alternative/progressive metal band formed in Lewisville, Texas in 1992, notable for incorporating elements of grunge into their sound (most prominently the vocals which strongly resemble Alice in Chains vocalist Layne Staley). Bassist Derek Blakley and drummer Rob Stankiewicz would also play on the 2007 album "Angular Perceptions" by progressive metal band Thought Chamber.
