Isao Tomita (冨田勲, 1932-2016, also known simply as Tomita) was a Japanese composer and pioneer of electronic music. Known for his work with analogue synthesizers and sequencers, he rose to international prominence with his 1974 adaptation "Snowflakes Are Dancing" of Claude Debussy's music for the Moog synthesizer and Mellotron.
