embarked on a solo career after King Giddra's initial split in 1996. Although he had some commercial success, he was soon
overshadowed by the massive success of fellow King Giddra emcee Zeebra. Nonetheless, K Dub Shine is still highly revered
among the Japanese rap universe, and is often considered to be one of the most influential emcees in Japanese hip hop history.
