American punk band formed in New York in 1981. They became a well known associate of the early New York punk scene in theearly 80's and are
recognized as pioneers of the hardcore punk genre. They also appeared on the New York Thrash compilationalbum along with fellow New York punk
bands such as Bad Brains, Beastie Boys and Heart Attack.
