Säju was born in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, People's Republic of China, and moved to Beijing City at the age of six to grow up. When she was seven years old, a celebration was held at the Beijing Capital Gymnasium to celebrate the founding of the People's Republic of China. Fascinated by the world. After that, she was active as a member of the Chuo Shounen Radio Chorus, and she began to show her talent, such as winning numerous contests on an individual basis. She has been deeply involved in Tibetan music since she was young, and to challenge her own potential, she joins a difficult Chinese film orchestra. The power of her song now and her singing voice full of relaxed clarity will bring her closer to completion. She has performed on numerous stages and won contests. In China, she has earned an unshakable position as a "Beijing songstress" and a "high tone voice songstress". She came to Japan in 1991, seeking a new place for her activities. She participated in the Hiroshima "Asian Music Festival" as a representative of China, and she is active. She further pursued her own original musicality and established her world of ambience music. She made her debut in 1997 with her single "流星 (Speed Star)" followed by a full self-titled album. She was recognized for her thorough musical style, and she was selected as the theme song singer for Katsuhiro Otomo's animated film "Spriggan". « hide
