Salad is a britpop band from London that first formed in 1992. Fronted by ex-MTV VJ Marijne van der Vlugt, the group garnered a fair share of success
in the UK in 1995, with their 1995 album “Drink Me” reaching number 16 on the UK Albums chart. Their success quickly vanished, however, and Salad
ended up disbanding in 1998. In 2016, after nearly two decades apart, the members of Salad reunited under the name of Salad Undressed, and the
group released their comeback single in 2017, “Being Human”, which was their first original release in 20 years. They are reportedly in the works on a
new album under the Salad Undressed alias which is due for release in 2018.
