Velvet Cacoon is an ambient black metal band from
Portland, Oregon. There is a lot of controversy surrounding
the band. 2 of the bands shoe gaze release; "How the Last
Day Came and Stayed then Faded into Simulated Rain" and
"Dizzy from Eternity" are stolen from other artists, and the
band has made up many stories to promote thenselve's.
Their lyrics are mostly about drug experience's and nautical
themes.
