I made a Specials t-shirt using the design from that site. I am very pleased with the way it came out.

skinnedmonkey 09-24-2005 01:54 PM

I have a sweatshirt that I wanna put stuff on, but I'm having trouble deciding what to put on it, its gonna be a black shirt with white letters and junk, I was just wondering for some ideas to help me out, got any?

thats excellent man. how do you print stuff on t-shirts like that? do you have to have a certain type of printer or can you get it done somewhere?

I print the design on poster board through my printer, cut it out, then stencil it on.

RudeBoyStompin 09-24-2005 02:13 PM

That was my last blank black t-shirt. What will I do?!

Shtein 09-24-2005 02:14 PM

You use an exacto knife or scissors.

I use an exacto knife, scissors get really awkward to hold after a while

buy a new one?

RudeBoyStompin 09-24-2005 02:28 PM

I use an x-acto, scissors would get sloppy I imagine.

skinnedmonkey 09-24-2005 02:37 PM

Yah I tried to use scissors once, it was really bad

You also support a faceless corporation that rapes the communities it settles in.

In shorter words. Wal Mart is so not punX

skankthenspank 09-25-2005 04:06 PM

"so not punX" and "is so punX" settles everything
i got a new jean jacket. in the next week im gonna diy it up so im trying to think of some clever ideas for when i stencil it and patch it and stuff, suggestions?
Whoa.

Lack of creativity blows me away.

It's not really DIY if someone tells you what to do.

...."where else do they sell things for all my diy needs"...

how about thrift stores?

but aside from that point, if you're willing to buy from MicroMcDisney-Mart for your diy needs.... why not just go and buy some distressed denim pants, and jacket for that matter...

when did punx become so pro-establishment...?

because I sew a lot and thrift stores don't usually sell fabric paint, and I never said I was pro walMArt I just said that there's not that many ways around it and I never said I wanted pants..... I have some pants on right now

Stealing from friends is the way I get most of my paints and stuff.

Also, Home Depot.

AIRIC 09-25-2005 07:36 PM

I'm sure Home Depot is much better.
