Entrapment is unduly influencing someone to commit a criminal act that they would not have had a disposition to do otherwise. It actually is really hard to meet the burden of proof for this defence.

An example would be an undercover cop flirting with a dude at a bar, going home with him, fucking him and then demanding payment. To avoid trouble he pays and is arrested for solicitation of prostitution.

Thats a clear and extreme example of entrapment, but every case is determined by discoverable facts

Most forums I've been on are subjected to these spam attacks, unfortunately. We just hide them. It'd be even better if we could either block the IPs or come up with a better validation system. Oh well, that's what UserCP is for.
