nah i don't want to get put on any pills or anything. i think it's just bc i'm getting close to being off probation and i've been putting off deciding what i'm going to do with myself once that's over with.

do you guys do the color system for drug tests? i have to call a number every single fuckin night and listen to see if my color is called. and i have the once-a-month color so 30 times out of 31 it's not my color.

I'm fatigued as fuck due to a poor diet, not exercising, not sleeping very much, excessive smoking, drinking and drug use.

Might clean up my act once my exams are over.

I mean well my drug and drinking are mainly binges, once every fortnight but I do tend to over do because of my tolerance to both.

I want to set myself a goal to motivate myself, if it's for the sake of my own well being I know I won't do it.

your next best bet is to keep a magazine around and flip through the pages in a state of mania just looking at the pictures

done that. whenever it starts to happen to me in class i just draw designs and then redraw them slightly bigger on the outside of the original design so it takes my mind off whatever i'm thinking. its pretty lame.
