that's weird because when i got TTDID a while ago something about them was making me wonder if they were racist but I couldn't figure out what it was. That swastika doesn't necessarily mean they're racist though, from the looks of them its almost as if they'd put that on their album to be funny. I wouldn't care anyway they're a pretty good band for the occasional spin. You should check out Imprecation for lulz if you haven't they're a complete Infester ripoff to my ears.

Evil Incarnate is one of my favorite death metal bands. Incantation and Nihilist are up there, too.

as far as standard death metal goes (ie non progressive or melodic or whatever) I'd have to go with God Macabre. But if you want to count any style of death metal than Cynic ftw. honestly Satanic Victory is the standout moment on Blackest Hymns, and it all goes downhill from there (comparatively).

yeah pretty much but I hate to compare the two. The only thing I'll really fault Leprosy for is Rick Rozz's gay *** whammy solos. They're cool on some songs but that guy cannot solo without a whammy bar. Further proof of this exists on From Beyond from Massacre.

because the SBG lineup only had two members, so naturally the songwriting would improve with a full band and more time.

Yeah. I dunno. I prefer Leprosy, but SBG just has something appealing about it that draws me to it more often.
