So I was at the bar again last night. And just for the hell of it, I went to see what was in the jukebox (are they still called that!?). I was pretty surprised. It's all digital and it had a fair amount of metal. Including a little death metal. So I played Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face, Deicide - Scars Of The Crucifix and In Flames - Take This Life (weak I know but I had one song selection left). I wish I could have taken a picture of people's faces when the music went from playing Daughtry, Buckcherry and the likes, to Hammer Smashed Face! It was priceless.

2008 has been funny so far. There hasn't been an album I love. I do know my biggest disappointment though: new Testament.

Origin - Antithesis
Kalmah - For The Revolution

I feel like you can only expect dissapointment from Testament these days so i'm not expecting a lot from the new album if i ever get around to listening to it. I'm pretty pleased with this year so far though, ftlog new Cynic! when it comes out isn't even an issue, i'm just glad they're putting another one out.
