You listen to Bruce Springsteen? Wow.
|
Is that a good wow or a bad wow? I'm surprised that that surprises you.
|
It's just that I'm used to hearing prog/post rock/intellectually challenging bands and it's weird seeing classic rock on there. I didn't think that you were attracted to that sound, especially when I mentioned Freebird by Lynard Skynard.

I didn't listen to much this week. |

You could say I like a wide variety. Ani DiFranco, my top-listened artist this week doesn't exactly fall under the prog/post rock/intellectually challenging category either (or maybe she does, what the hell do I know?) :p. But, generaly, it's true that that's the kind of band I listen to. But my dad took me to a Springsteen concert about four years ago, and I was hooked after that. Although, I listen to his more mellow and atmospheric stuff like The Ghost of Tom Joad and Devils and Dust. |
Well I was going to mention Ani DiFranco but I thought that was a given.

Yeah, I always change that. Otherwise my mp3 player is full of different musicians and a composers music is all over the place. I just put the musicians name in the 'Comments' bit. |
I want to change that but it takes so much time since I have so much of it. Also it doesn't register on my last.fm because it says it's badly tagged.

Strange. I have some of your Rachmaninov uploads and I haven't changed the way they are tagged and they register. I only have one piece that doesn't register, some Prokofiev, and really can't figure out why. |
I change it too, because I want the composer to get the credit, not the performer.
