well I experimented a bit, I made a brown roux and put the macaroni and cheese package in it

then I slowly added some boiling milk with a studded onion, strained that into the mix then it went as thick as glue and I was like shit so I put some milk in it, and parsley and bacon

add some cheese at the end a recipe for disaster, tasted like salty, cheesy nut puree with pasta in it
