Absolutely heartbroken

it was a no win situation at the end. i felt for england for a moment. firmly believe that wales will go no further that quarters if they get out of the group. they were smashed to bits and had some serious absentees already.

as i lay in bed last night, listening to the voices singing in the valleys carried across the irish sea to every ear in the land, i thought, fuck it, only result that would've been better than that ever would be ireland stuffin' you lot at twickenham in the final. but that aint happening so cool consolation prize.

Yeah I don't begrudge Robshaw's decision to go for the corner, it's moments like that that go down in history if they pay off. A draw would have been nice, but it is what it is, the last 20 minutes were unacceptably sloppy

looks like ireland have prepared well. plenty of depth given todays starting line up. plenty of tricks too. they look like they are having fun. nice little ramp to play italy next on the way to the group decider. might as well win the group and take on the kiwis mid way through the competition rather than meet them later.

huge game for england next week. it would be as humiliating for england to go out at this stage as it was for brazil to fail on their own turf. not sure they have the brains to get out of this one. all cocky and almost thuggish.

last thing, and i aint nationalist

the irish national anthem needs to be played at games on a stage like this. its terrible that it isn't.

Would be fucking great if England went out. Rate them as genuine contenders. Bad for the tournament financially though Can't see Wales posing a genuine threat to nz. Especially depleted.

Haven't watched enough of Ireland to rate, but reckon we've got them beat in the head and that's half the battle.

it funny to think about winners at the moment. the competition starts so slowly in terms of important matches. and leading into this i heard the headlines of record breaking wins between nz and aus. and then the springbok lose in the opening game.

nz are an enigma. just when you think you have them beaten they find it from somewhere. although ireland or france will give them a run. its a pity wales are decimated.

the prisoners of oz are going to ass rape the crown on her own doorstep. this is going to be so cool. and the day after paddy land will beat italy to qualify for the quarters. all in the same city. lots of mates going over. i hate the rugby crowd. wankers
