This album is their unicorn. Godless Beauty is okay in its own right, but it's all downhill after that. Band had so much potential and they gave us middling gothic metal instead.

This album is amazing. Tons of atmosphere, thick buzzsaw guitars, audible bass, plenty of awesome riffs, and perfect use of keyboards. This album is terribly underrated! It's such a cool mix of extreme metal styles, it's got Swedish death metal signature guitar tones, black metal inspired tremolo picked riffs, old school death metal riffs, evil atmosphere like a more melodic version of Infester on their evil masterpiece "To the Depths In Degredation." This album is just too cool for school.
